What is IV Hydration Therapy?

IV hydration therapy provides a tailored combination of fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, amino acids, and/or minerals required to promote healing, health, and wellness.

IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into the blood stream yielding instant rehydration and a higher absorption rate of essential vitamins and minerals.

The possible benefits of IV hydration are countless and can often result in increased energy, decreased fatigue, increased metabolism, increased performance, immunity boost, headache/migraine/hangover relief, and an overall feeling of improved health.

A perfect treatment post illness, post travel, pre/post strenuous activities, or even when you just feel like you could use a little pick me up and are feeling run down or tired.

Lipoic Acid

This can be added to any infusion bag or given as an intramuscular injection. Lipoic acid is a naturally occurring antioxidant that is present in every cell in our body. This has many therapeutic uses including restoring natural functioning of cells. This has also been very helpful in assisting with weight loss, restoring senses of taste and smell post illness, reducing neuropathy sensation, restoring liver functioning, and helping with cognitive functioning.

Toradol

This is an intramuscular injection that can be used to fight higher pain levels in the body. Toradol is an NSAID, similar to Ibuprofen, but in prescription doses. This can sometimes provide pain relief for up to three days and can be taken alongside other analgesics such as Tylenol

**may not be given within 24 hours of an oral NSAID**

Zofran

Zofran is an antiemetic used to treat nausea. Whether you are recovering from a recent illness or recovering from significant dehydration this may be a great open to help settle your stomach so you can start giving your body what it needs, fluids and food. This is given as an IV push medication or can be added to a plain bag of IV hydration reducing nausea.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a natural vitamin in our body that we can also get from natural foods in the diet. The majority of people are deficient in this vitamin leading to low energy levels and fatigue. This vitamin can be given as an addition to a vitamin bag, plain IV fluids, or an intramuscular injection and can lead to improved energy levels and assist in weight loss promotion.
